This is a narrative inquiry about Ethnic Studies Teachers’ experiences and understandings of the course. Understandings of Ethnic Studies and teachers’ practices include what participants value in their teaching, learning goals, objectives, and outcomes. The conversation between the researcher and participant will also include questions about how their teaching addresses coloniality and how participants help students develop a decolonial perspective and critical consciousness.
